At LMOI, we're dedicated to making a difference in the lives of our community members in Camden City, NJ, one meal at a time. 

 

With your support, we provide vital food assistance to a diverse group of individuals, including children (over 6,500 children), seniors, veterans, homeless individuals, adults, and even hardworking individuals every month. Our mission is to combat the food insecurity crisis in Camden, one of New Jersey's top food deserts.

Our Impact:

• We are currently serving over 17,000 individuals each month.

• Our food distribution operation operates three times a week for most families and four days a week for those in urgent need, ensuring that no one goes hungry.

• Last year, a staggering 47% of Camden's population experienced food insecurity.

• Shockingly, 22% of children in South Jersey face the daily struggle of hunger.

• LMOI distributes over 203,000 pounds of food monthly to combat these statistics.
